Family therapist, Donna Youngdahl, will be hosting a Mindfulness workshop for 8 weeks starting Saturday, March 7th at Reynolds Business Centre. Mindfulness is a great tool to help reduce stress, and Donna will be showing us techniques on how to use mindfulness in our every day lives. If you are interested in this workshop, please message me as soon as possible and I will provide you with more information!

Here are some of the rates for meetings and events. If you’re interested in a monthly rental feel free to contact me for pricing! I have an idea to start doing a designated co-working time if people are interested. Internet, tables, chairs, coffee and water would be provided! Outlets to plugin your devices, private washrooms and parking are also available. It can be hard getting work done at home, this co-working time would be great for students, solo entrepreneurs, or if you’re just working on a personal project.
